Chutney Radio is a community-driven non-profit internet radio station whose aim is to promote global awareness about urban Indian music- from the Garages of UK to the pinds of Punjab. Chutney Radio serves top-notch on-demand as well as recorded audio content. Chutney Radio is about enabling a whole generation of Indians, be it from the diaspora or from the mainland to relate to their culture and their roots. Chutney Radio is about music of the desis, for the desis, by the desis. We're here to provide an infranstructure, a platform for desis to explore their culture and contribute to the community while providing quality entertainment as well as a great listening experience.

There is a revolution going on in the indian community the world over. More and more Indians are taking note of their roots, their heritage and their cullture. Chutney Radio is not the revolution, but a manifestation of the desi revolution that has been sweeping the world lately. We're here announce the existence of the desi revolution to the desis that havent heard already. So Join the revolution and come fight with us.

Here at Chutney Radio, the ideas never stop coming and so should'nt the community. There is always an idea which needs to be developed, a concept that needs to be explored. It is always an added plus if you have writing or multimedia production or programming skills but what matters more than anything else is a love and passion for music.
